Pre DevaCut, Precision Cut, and Color Services Requirements
We ask that you come with your hair completely dry, detangled, with minimal to no product, and down in its natural state (no ponytails, buns, hats, braids, etc.) Failure to do so will result in additional service charges and/or cancellation of your service which you will be charged for, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Braiding, Protective Styling and Madusets
We ask that you come with your hair clean, dry and detangled. Failure to do so will result in additional service charges and/or cancellation of your service which you will be charged for, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We require every guest to provide credit card information to book appointments. If you cancel or try to reschedule with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total service fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment, cancel or try to reschedule with less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the total service fee for your appointment per this our cancellation policy. Refunds will not be given. Thank you.
