Apple Cider Vinegar Scalp Rinse– in a plastic cup or spray bottle, add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of water. Use the apple cider vinegar mixture by either dipping your fingers into the plastic cup and rub into your scalp or using the spray bottle and spraying your scalp and using your fingers to scrub your scalp for 3 minutes to lift up any dirt and oils (be careful not to get it in your eyes, as apple cider vinegar can sting), then rinse the apple cider vinegar from your hair. Then wash your hair with a sulfate free cleanser to remove the apple cider vinegar from your hair. Last step, condition your curls as normal or use a deep conditioner for your curls. This treatment helps clean your scalp and lifts oils/dirt from your hair.
