How to Arrive for DevaCut and Color Services Requirements
We ask that you come with your hair completely dry, detangled, with minimal to no product, and down in its natural state (no ponytails, buns, hats, braids, etc.) Failure to do so will result in additional service charges and/or cancellation of your service which you will be charged for, per our cancellation policy.
Braiding, Protective Styling, and Loc Service Requirements
We ask that if you are interested in braids, two-strands twists, coil outs, etc., you send photos of your hair in its natural state along with photos of the desired look to guestservices@madusalon.com before booking an appointment so that we can ensure that your appointment is booked for the appropriate duration. We require all new Loc guests to book a consultation before scheduling your re-tie or re-twist service. During your consultation, your stylist will share how your hair should be prepared before your service. Failure to do so will result in additional service charges and/or cancellation of your service which you will be charged for, in per our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We require every guest to provide credit card information to book appointments. If you cancel or try to reschedule with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total service fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment, cancel or try to reschedule with less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the total service fee for your appointment per this our cancellation policy. Refunds will not be given. Thank you.
